The training will provide foodservice professionals a one-of-a-kind educational experience focusing on K12 foodservice equipment. The right equipment can produce better food, provide safer work conditions, save time and increase participation in K12 with food that looks, smells, and tastes fabulous.

The training will provide foodservice professionals a one-of-a-kind educational experience focusing on K12 foodservice equipment. The right equipment can produce better food, provide safer work conditions, save time and increase participation in K12 with food that looks, smells, and tastes fabulous.
Trainers
Led by equipment professionals, who individually have over 25 years in the foodservice equipment industry including engineers and designers. The training, hosted at the Vollrath Company in Sheboygan WI, does not include any sales or sales pitches.
Costs
One representative from each member district is allowed to attend with reimbursement from the Urban School Food Alliance. This is funded by a grant from the Vollrath Company.
